    The RoleWe are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our growing legal team. While experience in asset management and 1940 Act-registered investment companies is strongly preferred, we welcome candidates from other legal, financial services, corporate, regulatory, or highly regulated environments who have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly, exercise sound judgment, and apply transferable skills to new and complex subject matter. The strongest candidates will be collaborative, intellectually curious and agile, highly organized, and committed to producing precise, thoughtful work in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you will support a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, including fund formation, registration, regulatory filings, governance, contract management, and corporate record maintenance. You will collaborate with attorneys, fellow paralegals, outside counsel, and cross-functional business partners to support business growth, help mitigate legal and regulatory risk, and serve a global client base.
