We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and collaborative litigation team supporting complex legal matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who has experience managing litigation cases from inception through resolution and enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with litigation matters from case intake through trial or settlement
  • Conduct client intake interviews and communicate effectively
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
  • File legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
  • Manage and maintain organized case files, including pleadings, depositions, exhibits, and trial materials
  • Coordinate and assist with discovery, including document review and production
  • Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence presentations
  • Review and summarize medical records and other supporting documentation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, and external vendors
  • Utilize legal technology and document management systems to support casework
  • Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and maintain accurate case records
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes
  • Experience supporting discovery and document management processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and case management systems
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys
  • Strong professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
