Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with matters involving retirement plans, including documentation and compliance-related tasks
  • Support attorneys with research and administrative functions tied to employee benefits laws and regulations
  • Prepare, review, and organize legal and client-facing materials
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and responsive manner
  • Maintain organized files and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with retirement plans, either in a legal setting or with a third-party administrator or recordkeeping organization
  • Exposure to health and welfare benefit plans or executive compensation arrangements is a plus
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations related to employee benefits is strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think critically and problem-solve
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional, client-service-oriented approach
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with benefits-related document generation software is a plus
