Litigation Paralegal
Location: Dallas, TX- ONSITE
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $80,000–$90,000 annually
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - Fully onsite role located in Dallas, TX

ROLE IMPACT
The Paralegal supports attorneys by managing complex litigation matters, coordinating case documentation, conducting legal research, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all filings and records. Success in this role means organized case progression, timely preparation of legal materials, proactive deadline management, and reliable support that strengthens litigation strategy and client outcomes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting trial preparation, and protecting client confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and trial materials
• Manage complex litigation case files and maintain organized, audit-ready records for retrieval and compliance
• Conduct legal research across commercial litigation, legal malpractice, corporate law, employment law, and contract law matters
• Track deadlines, court dates, scheduling orders, and deliverables to support case management and litigation timelines
• Coordinate discovery processes, document productions, subpoenas, and exhibit preparation
• Provide trial and hearing support, including witness coordination, trial binders, exhibit management, and attorney preparation
• File legal documents in Texas state and federal courts and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
Minimum Qualifications
• Paralegal certificate required
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment supporting commercial litigation matters involving construction, real estate, insurance defense, commercial trucking, oil and gas, or business disputes
• Experience supporting 5+ attorneys simultaneously in a high-volume litigation practice
• Experience managing commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial
• Strong legal research, document drafting, discovery management, and organizational skills
• Experience preparing and filing pleadings in Texas state and federal courts
• Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
