Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role provides the opportunity to support a broad range of legal functions, including litigation management, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of litigation, including document collection, review, and production in coordination with outside counsel
- Assist in responding to subpoenas, discovery requests, and other legal inquiries
- Manage and organize legal documents, including implementation of document retention and tracking processes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and support legal initiatives
- Maintain litigation trackers, matter summaries, and internal reporting materials
- Support internal investigations and compliance-related activities
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications, including collaboration with internal teams and outside counsel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience supporting litigation matters, including document management and discovery processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with legal management software is a plus
- Prior experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
