Litigation Paralegal needed to support attorneys in commercial litigation matters by managing case preparation, drafting legal documents, coordinating filings, and assisting with trial preparation. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex cases in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cases for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Draft and format pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
- Manage document production, exhibits, and evidence files
- Coordinate state and federal court filings, including e-filing
- Maintain case calendars and track critical deadlines
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Organize and summarize records, transcripts, and discovery materials
- Assist attorneys with trial and pre-trial preparation
