The Brookfield Public Schools is seeking a passionate and motivated Paraeducator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in supporting students learning and development.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Help implement classroom activities, curriculum, and instruction.
• Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with physical, sensory, or behavioral needs in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in working with students and making a positive impact in their educational journey.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Patience, dedication, and a passion for education.
• At least 60 college credits or have taken and passed the ParaPro exam.
