Paraeducator

• Support individual students or small groups with special needs under the direction of certified teachers.
• Assist in implementing IEP accommodations, including academic, behavioral, and physical support plans.
• Collaborate with educators to track student progress, goal completion, strengths, needs, and behavioral concerns.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student records and data.
• Assist with personal care, feeding, toileting, and monitoring medical conditions as required by individual student needs.
• Adapt flexibly to changing school assignments, classroom support models, or 1:1 roles based on district demand.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience supporting students with special needs is preferred but not required.
