Job Summary The San Mateo-Foster City School District is looking for Para Educator II-Lead Teachers Extended Day.

Job Requirements

  • 8 hours/day, M-F, 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • LEAD Cottage Grove
  • LEAD San Mateo Park

Definition Under general supervision, to plan and implement learning and enrichment experiences for students, to provide for the physical care and safety of children, to exercise lead supervision over assigned extended day program teachers and assistants, to maintain official documents and records, and to perform related work as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have a Childrens Center Permit or Child Development Associate (CDA) OR completion of 12 college units in recreation, physical education, elementary education, or early childhood development
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid required
  • Current California drivers license
