Papa's Pizza in New Buffalo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and adherence to company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Leadership and Staff Management:**
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and oversee daily operations to ensure optimal staff coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- **Customer Service:**
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business.
- **Operational Efficiency:**
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure a consistent supply of quality ingredients.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations.
- **Financial Management:**
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to achieve profit margins and financial targets.
- Implement cost control measures without compromising on quality or service.
