Pallet Mill Operator
We are seeking a Pallet Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of pallets.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee the machinery involved in the pallet production process
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Monitor production output and quality to meet company standards
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
