United Presort is a letter size standard mail commingle company utilizing a one pass workflow. Currently we are seeking Pallet Builders to join our Tulsa Team!
Starting at $12 with a shift Differential of $1.00 for 2nd shift.
1st Shift: Hours: 7am-5:45pm Schedule: Varies based on workload
2nd Shift: Hours: 6:00pm-4:45 am Schedule: Varies based on workload
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for sleeving, strapping, and palletizing postal trays in accordance with postal regulations.
Responsible for efficient handling of and adequate supply of material to be run on sorting machines.
Responsible for recording and reporting on production data.
Responsible for efficient handling of finished postal pallets.
Once core duties are complete assists coworkers in other areas to assure the success of the entire operation.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Basic communication and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure of time constraints.
Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and occasionally more than 50lbs.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods throughout each shift. Along with frequent bending, twisting and pulling.
Must have a Flexible work schedule
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
1-3 years working in a production/manufacturing environment preferred but not required
