Location: Tipp City, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As a Pallet Builder, you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Pallet Builder Requirements:

• Previous pallet building, carpentry, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and pneumatic nail guns.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints or drawings.
• Able to lift to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection.
• Dependable with a strong focus on workplace safety.

Pallet Builder Job Duties:

• Build custom wood pallets and crates using power tools and pneumatic nail guns.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to assemble products accurately.
• Operate hand tools, nail guns, and staple guns safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
