Painters (1st & 2nd Shift)

STS Technical Services is hiring experienced Manufacturing Painters for 1st and 2nd shifts at our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you take pride in precision work, know your way around a spray gun, and want to be part of a team that values quality and reliability, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply high-quality finishes using 2-part polyurethane spray guns up to 65 PSI
• Paint components to customer specifications using automotive painting techniques at 25 to 45 PSI (preferred)
• Measure, compare, and perform shop calculations to ensure paint application accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver consistent, detailed results
• Stay flexible to support production needs and occasional rush jobs
• Communicate effectively with team members and work well in a manufacturing environment

What It Takes to Be Successful

• Minimum 2 years of experience using 2-part polyurethane spray guns
• Automotive painting experience is a plus
• Solid manufacturing experience and familiarity with shop processes
• Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and production timelines
• Must be dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to your shift
• Able to pass a competency test, spray test, pre-employment physical, and drug screen
