Second Shift Painter/Sprayer/Coater role scheduled Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM, with a $5.00/hour shift premium.
Under supervision, the Painter prepares surfaces, applies industrial coatings to metal parts, and ensures products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include operating painting equipment, following work instructions, handling materials safely, maintaining equipment, and keeping the work area organized using 5S principles.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 years of industrial painting experience, familiarity with coating methods, and ability to operate relevant machinery.
Physical demands involve frequent on-site activity, lifting up to 60 pounds, and good vision. Strong communication, independent work skills, and basic math are required.
