Painter Helper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Painter Helper to support our painting and finishing team. This role assists with surface preparation, material setup, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while working alongside experienced painters to ensure high-quality finishes and on-time project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with surface preparation including sanding, masking, and cleaning
• Set up and break down tools, equipment, and materials
• Mix paints and coatings according to instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Support painters with daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Basic hand tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks
