Painter/Helper

Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Painter/Helper to support paint preparation, application, and basic maintenance tasks in an industrial shop. This role involves surface prep, painting, tool upkeep, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces; apply primers/sealers.

• Mix and apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

• Maintain painting tools/equipment and keep work area clean.

• Collaborate with team, follow instructions, and participate in training.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in painting or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of paint tools and techniques.

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
