Location: Vonore, TN

Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour

4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday | Day Shift: 6 AM-4:30 PM

Paint Line Worker Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; previous manufacturing, paint line, assembly, or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and follow standardized work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with manufacturing systems (AS400 or similar) is preferred but not required.

Paint Line Worker Job Duties:

• Operate on the paint line and assemble components for heavy-duty truck seating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions to produce quality parts that meet production standards.
• Inspect parts for quality, identify defects, and report production issues to maintain product excellence.
• Cross-train in multiple workstations, assist with training new team members, and support overall production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and meet daily production expectations.
