Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent stamping facility in Muskegon, is looking to add a paint/coatings line operator to their team!
Paint Line Operator Summary:
Paint Line Operator Duties:- Operate coating line equipment to apply protective and specialty coatings, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to specifications
- Monitor line performance, adjust settings, and perform troubleshooting to maintain optimal production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Conduct quality inspections, including thickness and finish checks, to ensure compliance with customer and company standards
- Complete routine maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety, environmental, and GMP guidelines while collaborating with team members to meet production goals
Paint Line Operator Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and improve
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
