Paid Social Specialist
Job Summary
The Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for the management of paid social media campaigns via Meta Business Manager, for automotive clients. This position requires forward-thinking and will allow the specialist to have a major impact and say in company decisions related to paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with Meta or other social platforms to develop and publish engaging ads to support client objectives
- Execute Meta and other social media campaigns for a wide range of strategies
- Use reporting tools to deliver monthly analytics reports to client and project management teams
- Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, and competitors in the marketplace
- Offer insights / ideas for how L2T can capitalize on industry trends and take advantage of opportunities with our platform partners
- Data analytics - (interpreting/ analyzing results, conducting audits)
- Responsible for successful delivery of Paid Social product via Meta Ads Manager
Education Requirement - BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
Required Skills - 0-1 years of experience with Meta ads required
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Contributor to bigger team picture (understands how their role impacts overall company goals and contributes to their goals for overall company success).
- Proposes optimal solutions to business problems
- Communicates to clients with command and proposes optimal solutions for both L2T and the client
- Expert advisor and solid collaborator with product and CST roles
- Recognizes when issues of their own department will have downstream impact and alert affected partners in a timely manner
- Ability to interact directly with clients via email and conference call and apply appropriate tone and knowledge of products
Preferred Skills - Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and digital advertising as a plus.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$60,000. Compensation is based on experience and the location of where the job is performed.
