Position Overview:
The Paid Social Operations Specialist manages paid social campaigns, optimizes performance, and ensures compliance with advertising standards. This role supports cross-functional teams and drives results through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities of the Paid Social Operations Specialist:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Analytics teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant employment and advertising laws.
  • Prepare performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform updates.
Required Experience/Skills for the Paid Social Operations Specialist:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in paid social media campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with social media ad platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for job postings and advertising.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Paid Social Operations Specialist:
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
