ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
In this role, you will lead ASI's paid search and paid social advertising strategy, overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional digital platforms. Your work will focus on driving qualified traffic, generating high-quality leads, and increasing conversion rates to support ASI's overall growth objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Creative—to ensure fully integrated execution and alignment across all paid media initiatives. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Growth Marketing and plays a critical role in shaping ASI's digital acquisition strategy through strong analytical insights, ongoing optimization, and executive-level performance reporting.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.
