Our client, a performance marketing agency, is hiring a Paid Media Account Strategist to support and grow paid media programs across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

This role sits between hands-on campaign execution and higher-level client strategy. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign performance, analyze results, surface insights, and help shape optimization roadmaps that drive measurable business growth.

This is a great fit for someone who has strong paid media execution experience and is ready to take on more strategic ownership, client-facing communication, and cross-channel performance leadership.
What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube, as well as Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling, budget reallocation, targeting improvements, and creative testing
  • Analyze performance data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
  • Support and lead portions of client communication, including reporting calls and performance discussions
  • Build and test hypotheses through A/B testing and structured experimentation
  • Partner with account leads to refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing plans, and optimization priorities
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting, highlighting key trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, new tools, and testing opportunities
  • Support the development and mentorship of Account Coordinators
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning it into actionable recommendations
  • Confident communicator who can explain campaign performance and strategy clearly to internal teams and clients
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by measurable outcomes
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $75,000–$95,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
