What You'll Do
- Inspect products before packaging to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Package finished products according to company specifications.
- Place packaged products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.
- Stack boxes onto pallets following proper palletizing procedures.
- Safely operate sealing equipment and use utility knives when needed.
- Follow product specifications, packaging guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense procedures.
- Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
