Job Title: Packer Press Operator (Entry Level - Level C)

Location: Largo, FL. 33773

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking entry-level Machine Operators (Level C) to join our stamping operations team. In this role, you will operate high-speed stamping presses and assist with packaging metal components. This is a great opportunity to learn manufacturing processes and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed stamping presses and related equipment
• Assist with manual and automated packaging of metal components
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Report machine issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Support mechanics when needed to keep equipment running
• Accurately track and report production output
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Meet daily production goals

• Learn daily job responsibilities quickly
• Develop the ability to produce quality products
• Gain hands-on experience operating equipment with supervision
• Work toward meeting production goals within the first 1-3 months

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable with good attendance

Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
• Ability to work in a production environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with moving machinery and equipment
• Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and industrial conditions
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• No travel required
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
