Shifts: 2 PM-10:30 PM or 10 PM-6:30 AM | Monday-Friday

The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):

• Pack plastic bottles and containers according to production standards
• Visually inspect bottles for defects and quality issues
• Assemble and prepare boxes for packaging
• Operate grinders and process materials as needed
• Use hand tools and secondary equipment, including flamers, leak detectors, grinders, and blenders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Report safety, quality, or production concerns promptly
• Verify that the correct supplies, labels, cartons, closures, and coloring materials are available and being used
• Ensure all required production documentation is accurate and available at the machine
• Complete production reports accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Stay detail-oriented while inspecting products and completing documentation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and commitment to meeting production goals
