looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate (Packer) to join our Distribution Center team in Memphis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and are committed to safety, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while supporting the daily operations of our warehouse.
What You'll Do- Pick and pack customer orders using an RF scanner and computer system.
- Verify product codes, lot numbers, and quantities for accuracy.
- Handle products stored in ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments.
- Rotate between warehouse departments based on business needs.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and complete daily equipment inspections.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Identify and report damaged products or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of warehouse or related work experience.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Experience working in a temperature-controlled or cold chain environment.
Physical Requirements- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work comfortably in ambient, cooler (approximately 40 F), and freezer (approximately -20 F) environments.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed shoes, safety vest, gloves, and other safety equipment.
- Be available to work overtime as needed, including occasional same-day notice.
