Packaging Technician 3 – Full Time

Join Vangarden Cannabis as a Packaging Technician 3 and help keep our packaging operations running efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting a team through hands-on production work and process coordination.
As a Packaging Technician 3, you'll take on advanced packaging responsibilities, support day-to-day workflow within the department, and help ensure products meet quality and compliance standards before reaching our customers.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $23–$25/hour

What You'll Do
- Support and guide Packaging Technician team members during daily operations
- Organize and allocate products for packaging runs
- Review production records and ensure documentation is completed accurately
- Verify SKUs, labels, and packaging information for accuracy and compliance
- Create and update department SOPs and labels as needed
- Safely operate packaging equipment and automated machinery
- Conduct quality checks throughout packaging processes
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
- Collaborate with other departments to complete wholesale orders on time
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of packaging or manufacturing experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and industry regulations
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
