What You'll Be Doing
- Package and label products accurately, ensuring all SKUs and information match
- Handle product safely and organize packaged goods for storage and distribution
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery with care and precision
- Perform quality checks throughout the packaging process
- Assist with inventory tracking and organization
- Keep workspaces and equipment clean, sanitized, and inspection-ready
- Support overall workflow to keep production moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying focused throughout the day
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 10–20 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and use ladders as needed
- Ability to adapt and shift priorities when needed
- Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
