Your Role
As a Packaging Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising, coordinating, and facilitating the activities related to the packaging of products for our customers in compliance with company operating procedures and government regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain a safe, clean work environment by enforcing housekeeping and safety policies.
* Supervise and guide packaging staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMP standards.
* Adjust schedules and assign tasks to meet production and customer demands.
* Monitor performance, provide coaching, and manage disciplinary actions and evaluations.
* Ensure high product quality through inspections, batch record reviews, and continuous improvement.
* Execute root cause investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and create/modify SOPs as needed.
* Oversee training, respond to audits and customer inquiries, and report operational metrics.
* Support site initiatives in process improvement, employee engagement, and change management.
* Lead/Support site wide initiatives around process improvements, employee engagement and change management.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* 4+ years of experience in a life science manufacturing or quality role
* 2+ years of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experience writing technical documents and reports.
* Experience leading inspections and investigations.
* Experience working in a GMP environment.
* Experience with SAP system.
* Experience with packaging equipment and processes
* Excellent computer skills
Pay Range for this position - $91,200 to $136,800/yearly
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
