Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $22.15 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

• The required schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st shift)
• This position is a 12 month contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Safety shoes are required for this role
• Must be comfortable working in a regulated production/packaging environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products
• Ensure finished products meet customer, internal, and quality specifications
• Inspect in-process packaging and remove defective materials/products
• Maintain accurate documentation including device history records and inventory counts
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completion
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities as needed
• Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations
• Maintain clean and organized packaging stations and equipment
• Follow PPE requirements and product contamination control procedures (including gowning)
• Handle hazardous waste according to safety guidelines when required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Comfortable working in a team-based production environment
• Familiarity with computers and basic business software systems
• Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime if required
