A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Packaging Operator in Mebane, NC. The Operator would be working for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical manufacturing company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
• The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour - biweekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime as needed
• This position is fully onsite in Mebane, NC
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine packaging operations by following SOPs, work instructions, and safety/quality guidelines
• Prepare, stage, and replenish packaging materials for production lines
• Maintain cleanliness of packaging work areas and equipment according to GMP standards
• Conduct visual inspections of packaged products to ensure quality compliance
• Identify and escalate quality issues to appropriate personnel
• Collect product samples for quality verification following documented procedures
• Complete packaging documentation and production logs accurately
• Palletize packaged materials according to safety and operational standards
• Adhere to all safety, housekeeping, and company policies
• Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience required
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work overtime as needed to support business operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize deviations from specifications
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills required
• Basic computer knowledge and experience working in a Windows environment preferred
Education:
• Required: High School Diploma or GED
