Description: Position Summary:
An entry level manufacturing position in an ISO certified environment that supports processing of OEM antibodies and other immunoassay products. At this level, the associate will be expected to learn and maintain proficiency in receiving and packaging processes and move between these key roles to meet product demands.

Key Responsibilities:
"Understand and follow:
oSafe lab practices
oGood documentation practices. The associate is expected to maintain detailed documentation and implement updates in support of ISO requirements
"Commit to producing and maintaining the highest standard of quality in antibody processing
"Drive continuous growth through training and participation in systems such as: 5S, Lean and Practical Process Improvement
"Ensure on-time delivery of production work and projects
"Process products as a key member of an integrated manufacturing and quality team
"Perform with assistance of incoming specifications, standard work instructions, operating procedures or shadowing with a trained associate:
"Product Receiving
oReceive goods into the company inventory management system
oManage products, paperwork and vendor information to maintain traceability and avoid mix-ups
"Product Packaging and Disposition
oPrint finished good labels and verify their accuracy
oRelabel finished good antibody products
oPerform finished good packaging of antibody products
oPut antibody products to stock using company inventory management system
oMaintain accurate inventory with all transactions

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
"Minimum of High school diploma or GED required
"Possess:
oAbility to perform basic scientific calculations
oAbility to be detail oriented and accurate
oStrong organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
oProficiency with intermediate PC applications ability to use inventory management system, receiving, and label software.
oBasic mechanical aptitude
oGood verbal and written communication skills
