This position is ideal for students, part-timers, or anyone looking for a flexible weekday schedule. The facility operates Monday through Friday and schedules shift needs daily — some days they need more people, some days less.

Available shifts:
- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $15.75/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | $16.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Packaging Assistant:
- Pack finished goods according to quality and safety standards
- Assist with assembling cartons and preparing product for shipment
- Load product into machines and alert team of any equipment issues
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Rotate between workstations as needed to support production flow
Required Qualifications of the Packaging Assistant:
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady workflow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Must be open to flexible, changing schedules and available for text-based communication
- Attendance at orientation is required prior to first day of work
