Job Title: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 5+ months

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal/UI Architect to join our team and help build intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly portal experiences.

Responsibilities:
"Design and develop ServiceNow portals (Service Portal / Employee Center / UI Builder)
"Build and customize widgets and reusable UI components
"Deliver a consistent, responsive, and modern user experience
"Implement role-based access and personalized UI experiences
"Integrate portal components with backend ServiceNow modules and external systems
"Follow best practices with a focus on configuration over customization

Required Skills:
"Strong experience with ServiceNow Portal/UI development
"Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS (Service Portal)
"Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience is a plus
"Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
"Familiarity with ServiceNow development standards and governance
