21.2 - Part-time officers shall be given fifteen (15) unpaid days of leave on January 1st each year. New part-time officers shall receive a pro-rated portion of the fifteen (15) days for that year. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will pay a percentage of worked wages in lieu of vacation for part-time officers as follows:
