P/T Back of House Team Member

Chick-fil-A Western Hills is hiring part-time team members for back of house positions! Qualified candidates will be considered and must have the following:

• Must be a fast learner and have the knowledge and ability to work any position in front of house.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to coordinator staff.
• Must complete initial Pathway training as well as any additional training required.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to employee handbook.
• Other duties as assigned.
