Position Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (hours vary by location) Locations: Manassas and Woodbridge
The right candidate will: - Be committed to upholding standards for high quality child care at every level
- Meet the individual needs of the children, interact with all children to support play and learning Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Participate in staff trainings and required teacher trainings
- Establish positive and effective communication and relationships with families
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, loving, and nurturing environment for all children
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
- Is familiar with the child care field and pay scale.
- Must have reliable attendance and accountability.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements: - Minimum of six one experience working in a licensed child care facility
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CDA, Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, Elementary Education, or related; or
- Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor’s degree program; or
- Ability to pass background and fingerprinting check
- Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience or education in physical education or sports medicine.
Compensation: - The starting hourly rate for this position is between $16.00+ per hour.

- Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
