Description
Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation
Profile
5+ years of experience managing ground-up or renovation construction projects
Experience delivering healthcare or other highly regulated projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project timelines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
