The company manages projects across life sciences, higher education, multifamily, commercial interiors, and real estate development sectors throughout Greater Boston. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives. Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients.
