This position will act as an Owner's Representative, managing complex construction projects from planning through execution. You will partner extremely closely with the client, to ensure successful delivery-while maintaining independence and eliminating conflicts of interest. This role will be a hybrid position where the ideal candidate will be within 2 hours of the projects location. This organization has spent over 15 years building and delivering best-in-class outcomes for tenants and buyers.With over 6 million square feet of active construction projects and individual project budgets ranging from $30M to $500M+, this is a high-impact opportunity to join a team scaling rapidly across 14+ locations nationwide.This position will act as an Owner's Representative, managing complex construction projects from planning through execution.
