This is a 4‑month contract role. Drivers earn a percentage of linehaul, with typical total earnings of $40,000–$60,000 over the 4‑month period depending on performance.
Peak Season Military Move Captain (May–August Assignment)
As this role requires regular entry onto military installations, candidates must meet federal access standards. Firearms, drugs, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden on base. Individuals with a criminal background or outstanding warrants are not eligible for base access and therefore cannot be considered for this position.
Position Overview
The Peak Season Military Move Driver plays a critical leadership role during the high‑volume May–August military relocation cycle. This position requires extensive travel, strong operational discipline, and the ability to represent our brand with professionalism and integrity. Individuals must adhere to strict timelines, complete and manage all required paperwork and follow all military-mandated procedures.
Successful candidates can manage an intensive schedule, communicate effectively with multiple parties, demonstrate consistent professionalism and adherence to safety and security standards.
This role is ideal for owner operators seeking to maximize earnings and career advancement during a concentrated seasonal period. Trucks do not need to be CDL, but must be at least 26 feet long.

Owner-Operator Agreement
Owner Operators will operate under a trip lease agreement, utilizing our brand's DOT number. Operators will be expected to utilize their own vehicle and equipment and manage all truck maintenance and repair concerns. A uniform and brand and DOT truck decals will be provided and expected to be utilized on all moves.
Our transportation service provider (TSP) has been awarded the highest rated SCACS. Our brand will receive first right-of-refusal for highest earning linehauls.
Compensation
This is not an hourly position; figures are provided for illustration of earning potential.
