Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility technology, is seeking disciplined and safety-focused Vehicle Operators (Level 3) to support the development and deployment of next-generation self-driving vehicles. As a Vehicle Operator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring vehicle safety, readiness, and operational excellence while supporting software testing and providing valuable feedback to engineering teams. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams—including computer vision, infrastructure, vehicle engineering, ride operations, sound design, and strategy—gaining firsthand exposure to the complexities behind autonomous mobility.

What You’ll Do
Support daily autonomous vehicle testing and operational missions
Drive 4–8 hours per shift, prioritizing safety and adherence to testing protocols
Conduct basic software operations and testing procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission objectives
Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering and development teams
Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational metrics
Perform daily preventative vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Support vehicle logistics, including movement, storage, and equipment management
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and workplace organization
Assist with documentation and compliance paperwork related to vehicle readiness
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a vehicle for 4–8 hours per shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
Comfortable working overnight shifts and maintaining a consistent schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills to document testing feedback and collaborate with engineering teams
Ability to follow structured procedures and testing protocols precisely
Basic technical aptitude and comfort using software tools, tablets, or diagnostic systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in vehicle operations, testing, logistics, or technical field operations
Experience working with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or emerging technologies
Familiarity with data collection, documentation, or quality assurance processes
Background in fleet operations, rideshare, delivery, or professional driving
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time
Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs if needed
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Other Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review
Willingness to represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador in public settings
