NurseCore is seeking an overnight RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 6-month-old male patient in the comfort of his home. If you have recent hands-on experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, we'd love to hear from you!  $1000 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay: 
  • $1000 Sign-On Bonus!
  • LPN: $29/hour 
  • RN: $40/hour
Schedule:
  • Thursday, Friday, Sunday
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You'll Do:
  • Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, airway care, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration.
  • Monitor the patient's condition and respond appropriately to respiratory changes.
  • Follow the physician's orders and individualized plan of care while working independently.
  • Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore team.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.
What You'll Bring
  • Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
  • Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
  • At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
  • Negative TB test completed within the past year.
