What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans, filters)
• Remove grease using scrapers, degreasers, and cleaning tools (no power washing)
• Climb ladders and access rooftops as needed
• Protect kitchen equipment and work areas
• Take before/after photos and notes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

What We’re Looking For:

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable at heights and working in small spaces
• Reliable for overnight shifts
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
