Job Summary
The Overnight Custodian/Housekeeper will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all infrastructure of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all infrastructure areas,
- Restrooms, locker room areas, main club mirrors and all floors nightly
- High cleaning (fans, signage etc.) weekly.
- Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
- Repair and/or report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Custodial, Housekeeping, and/or Facilities Maintenance experience is preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Ability to work the third shift (10p-6a) Sunday through Thursday is required
- Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Able to serve as a universal employee and step in to assist at the desk at any time
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
- Completion of Online training and ongoing education
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shifts.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic (cleaning) chemicals.
