We are seeking a motivated Supervisor/Lead to oversee a small team of 10-15 members during trailer unloading operations. The role involves supervising team members as they unload boxes weighing 5-150 lbs from trailers onto pallets, then moving full pallets with a pallet jack. The Supervisor earns a base pay of $18/hour plus incentives per trailer, which can increase total pay to around $25/hour. There is also an option to work on trucks for additional pay, though not simultaneously with supervisor duties.
Responsibilities include tracking attendance, trailer progress, hourly work, and safety topics, as well as communicating shift updates via email. Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong communication, a positive attitude, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple teams and trailers. Night shifts run from 6PM-4AM, with early arrival possible for setup. The role requires physical capability and flexibility to work on trucks if needed.
