Outside Sales Representative

Our client, a leader in the construction and home improvement industry, is seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join their team. As a Outside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the regional sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Wenatchee, WA

Pay Range: $25/hr + uncapped commission, vehicle & benefits

What's the Job?

• Engage with potential clients face-to-face to promote products and services
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the local territory
• Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
• Present estimates and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize earnings potential

What's Needed?

• Self-starting attitude with a hunger for success
• Previous experience in outside sales, especially in construction, home improvement, or related industries
• Ability to generate and nurture leads independently
• Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and cold outreach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel
