TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing industrial sales organization to identify a Sales Representative to support territory expansion across the Southwest U.S. The company serves industrial and warehouse-focused customers and is scaling its U.S. sales organization with a strong emphasis onnew business development and relationship-driven growth.
This role is focused on driving new business and managing customer relationships across a multi-state territory. The Sales Representative will prospect new accounts, manage the full sales cycle, and close opportunities while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. This is a high-activity, hunter-style sales role requiring strong communication skills, CRM discipline, and the ability to operate independently in a field-based environment.
Develop and manage customer relationships within assigned territory (AZ, NM, CO)
Prospect new business through cold calling, market research, and lead generation
Conduct outreach via tradeshows, referrals, website inquiries, and partner leads
Manage full sales cycle including lead qualification, presentations, negotiation, and closing
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track pipeline, customer activity, and account status
Conduct onsite product demonstrations and virtual presentations (Microsoft Teams)
Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize margin and close opportunities
Coordinate customer training sessions with operational and warehouse teams
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Participate in industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities
Travel regularly within territory, including overnight and occasional weekend travel
1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred (or strong desire to build a sales career)
Bachelor's or technical degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently
Experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort in industrial/warehouse environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mixed office/warehouse settings
