We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting Aaberg's Rental's equipment rental solutions. This role combines sales, customer service, marketing support, and operational assistance to help drive company growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cold calls, customer visits, and follow-up on sales leads.
  • Organize and schedule sales calls and customer outreach activities.
  • Prepare and maintain call reports, sales records, and sales activity documentation.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Recommend equipment purchases and fleet replacement needs to the Sales Manager based on customer demand and market trends.
  • Coordinate equipment reservations and availability with rental counter personnel.
  • Assist customers by explaining equipment features, applications, and safe operating procedures.
  • Support rental counter operations during peak periods as needed.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups when necessary.
  • Prepare sales materials, promotional items, and customer presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and review of catalogs, flyers, direct mail campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct customer surveys and assist with special marketing projects.
  • Support the Sales Manager with advertising design, placement, and promotional initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
